I don't know if you're still interested in maintaining this, as I see you haven't updated it in 2 years, but as the only other native linux OpenMW mod manager I've seen is unmaintained and I much prefer command line scripts to messing with a QT GUI, I've been fiddling with this as I've been setting up an OpenMW installation.
There are also a number of other changes I plan to make, some of which I've already started (archive support and fixing mod directory structure automatically, using mlox to update esp order, automatically updating levelled lists with omwllf, conflict detection etc.)
