Summary

Replaces the TS/JS job's npm-specific setup/cache/install path with the repository's existing Bun lockfile flow. The job now uses the existing pinned Bun setup action, installs with bun install --frozen-lockfile, and invokes existing advisory scripts through Bun.

Validation

• Current main has bun.lock and no npm/yarn lockfile; this is the exact failure root cause.
• Candidate actionlint output has no new diagnostics versus main; the existing unrelated aggregate-expression diagnostic shifts by one line only.
• Remote diff is only the TS/JS portion of .github/workflows/ci.yml.

No other jobs, gates, secrets, or branch protections were changed.
