The colorblind, calendar, and daterange Cypress tests occasionally fail in CI when the project they reference is made private temporarily. colorblind has been especially bad since the retries were removed in #4076. This resolves the issue by changing all three tests to depend on testgraphpermissions, which is the tests that makes the InsightExample project private temporarily. Along the way, I also fixed a case where the date could be wrong in one assertion.
