Batch functionality remains on Rewrite mode, however extract-xiso does not have very good support for batch extraction, I may work around this in the future, but for now batch is only available for Rewrite. Additionally, Skip $SystemUpdate only seems to work on certain games, this seems to be an issue with extract-xiso, not extract-xiso-gui.
