V1.1.0

First usable version of Sigpac-Tools. SIGPAC API client tool for python, it can perform several tasks:

• Function search: Find the location of a given place, with the community, province, municipality, polygon, parcel or enclosure data.
• Function get_metadata: Returns information about a given parcel or enclosure.
• Function geometry_from_coords: Returns the polygon of a known parcel or enclosure.
• Function find_from_cadastral_registry: Finds the geometry and data of a parcel given its cadastral registry.
