# This is the yml file that creates the conda environment for Physical Oversampling in python # First, it is recommended to update your conda with "conda update -n base -c defaults conda" # Read through this file, modifiy the prefix, and add/remove dependencies as needed # Install the environment by "conda env create -f Readme.yml" name: popy # Feel free to change the environment name channels: - defaults dependencies: - pyyaml - netcdf4 # necessary for input/output netcdf data, which is very commonly used - h5py # necessary for reading level 2 data in he5/h5 format - cartopy # necessary for geospatial plotting - opencv # necessary for oversampling instruments with quadrilateral level 2 pixels - matplotlib - scipy - scikit-image # necessary for Level3_Data.block_reduce() # optional for shapefile handling (popy.F_label_HMS() so far).
