This plugin provides parts of the GeoTools WFS-NG library module for JOSM plugins.
    * Licensed under GPL v3 (see LICENSE)

The current embedded version of GeoTools WFS-NG is a snapshot of WFS-NG version 18 for
compatibility with the JOSM geotools plug-in. This is a temporary solution in anticipation
of the first geotools 19 release.
