spotify-plex-sync

Synchronize music tracks and playlists from Spotify to Plex.

Setup

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/KJBurnett/spotify-plex-sync.git
   cd spotify-plex-sync

2. Install the required Python packages:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Set up environment variables:

   • PLEX_URL: The URL of your Plex server.
   • PLEX_TOKEN: Your Plex token.
   • SPOTIPY_CLIENT_ID: Your Spotify client ID.
   • SPOTIPY_CLIENT_SECRET: Your Spotify client secret.
   • SPOTIFY_URIS: Comma-separated Spotify URIs of the playlists you want to sync.

Usage

Run the script to start the synchronization:

python main.py

Debug

Use launch.json in the .vscode folder to set environment variables and debug the script.
