COVID-19 Critical Event Prediction Tools

This repository contains a Python implementation of the nomogram described in Cheng, Anying, Liu Hu, Yiru Wang, Luyan Huang, Lingxi Zhao, Congcong Zhang, Xiyue Liu et al. "Diagnostic performance of initial blood urea nitrogen combined with D-dimer levels for predicting in-hospital mortality in COVID-19 patients." International journal of antimicrobial agents 56, no. 3 (2020): 106110. This tool predicts the mortality of COVID-19 patients based on age, D-dimer, and BUN.
