Mainly, adapt StatBase version requirement.
edit: I get some errors locally, I want to know how it behaves with github action on multiple platforms.
The behaviour of symmetric matrices seems to have changed, the call to
SymMat.datamesses up theBFGS!update (probably SR1 too)
