don't think so on the performance front, but it could open up to using the sdp features of osil if we want to do that at some point

Alright, there are a bunch of issues here. I'll revisit later.

• Need to tag LightXML to fix win32 (I think the problem is specific to appveyor), but may want to finish and merge add xmlReadFile and parse_file with options JuliaIO/LightXML.jl#27 first
• Track down why Linux Travis is segfaulting after finishing make test
• Wait for error in method definition: function Base.info must be explicitly imported to be extended JuliaPackaging/Homebrew.jl#90 to be resolved for OS X nightly
• Figure out why win64 is crashing on the quad problem modification test https://ci.appveyor.com/project/tkelman/coinoptservices-jl/build/1.0.10/job/7ix3mrp0rcsqbuue - seems like an upstream bug, but Windows-specific
