Example WP structure:
If you perform a GET request to:
http://{wp-site-here}.com/?reset-toc=yes&guide-id=2it will clear the cached TOC for the User Guide. (This was the previous behavior, and will still work.)
However, if you perform a GET request to:
http://{wp-site-here}.com/?reset-toc=yes&guide-id=1it will clear the cached TOCs for both the User Guide and the FAQ.
