单独列出音频下载和音频转换功能 arg里调用这两个函数的没写
加上AudioOnly的arg选项

增加对id3v2修改
增加了视频封面下载的功能：1. 在获取视频列表之前插入了一句正则提取封面图片的地址； 2. 把下载封面用函数包起来 不小心点了代码格式化...然后git的改动变多了
实装合并下载专辑以及合并封面功能
合并到主函数里，不需要它了
