PortableShulkerBox for Minecraft 1.20

Requires Minecraft 1.20.

• Move to using Minecraft's tags to identify shulker boxes
• Reduce unnecessary contents updates (now your hand won't twitch around unless you make changes!)
• Improve handling of clicks that might result in a duplication/deletion bug if another plugin removes the opened box

• Slightly improved shulker check
• Removed special handling for shift clicks that prevented server crashes on older versions
  • This has probably been fixed since 1.13, but since I never tested it back then I just bumped the required server version to 1.16. Works like a charm, no crashes.

Completely untested, should ideally do what it says on the tin. Right click air with a shulker box to open it. Requires permission portableshulkerbox.open, default true.
