Update Alpha 0.5.0 Reorganization & New Stuff

Lost of new stuff in this update including:

1. Reorganized modded tabs to future proof new additions
2. New Blocks & Items (soon to be more) including:

• Bamboo Block
• Sugar Block
• Salt block
• Boreal Log & Fence (full set soon to come)
• More!

3. Working block properties for all current and new blocks

A few things broke in this update, we'll work out what to do about it. Main thing being slate generation.

Releases at the moment aren't too professional, planned, or optimized, but rather just here to show off progress. This will probably change once we move out of alpha.
