把Lame抽出變成另外一個 library (模擬 git submodule)
然後透過 dependencies 方式掛上

submodue 方式 是 可以讓 以後 lame有改版(假設)
可以編譯一次so檔案 給後面其他mp3專案 或是 改動後 其他相關專案可以連動改動
