- Opening a global event for when a transform is moved. This is to allow plugins to hook into position changes.

This should be implemented in a more universal way. Currently it only works with cubes, and ignores groups, meshes, and other types, which may be confusing. |

(Note: My only change is in transform.js. Don't really know why the latest master changes came a long for the ride|)
