This tool is developed as a part of the course 'Applied bioinformatics' given for the research school in Bioinformatics, Sweden, 2017.
The purpose is to provide a straight-forward commandline based interface for preparing, executing and post-processing spectrum search engines, with an initial focus on the software MSFragger.
