It's finally here! After many Beta builds and many setbacks. Socially has been completely rewritten and works better than ever! Written in React, this new Socially is faster and better than V0.5. Socially will also soon be on the Mac App Store. It is being reviewed and I will edit this when it is live.

Pre-release

Hello,
This is the official release candidate for Socially. Once I've tested this version and made sure it works properly, I will release it as V1.0.

Changes:

  • Added Toast messages similar to V0.5 (using React-Toastify)
  • Removed Twitter as there is still a bug with the way it renders.
  • Fixed a few UI problems.
  • Added Offline support. (Now Socially will show you a new message if you are not connected to the internet)

Thats all for the time being. I'm hoping this is pretty much exactly the same as V1.0 but we will see.

Thanks,
Jack

Pre-release

This is the official Beta 2 of Socially. Not much has changed except from:

  • Titlebar has now been fixed on MacOS so that when the window wasn't focused, the traffic light icons would be greyed out
  • Fixed MacOS menubar so that development tools would not show.

Also, fixed naming of files.
