This repository consists of both an R Project (SymbID_protbleach.Rproj) and a Quarto notebook. The published notebook is here:

• _quarto.yml: Quarto notebook file that defines overall layout look/links/theme/etc.

• .gitignore: File for defining which files/directories for git to ignore.

• .nojekyll: A blank file that tells GitHub Pages (the service which renders the Quarto notebook) to process the Quarto notebook files without using Jekyll.

• about.qmd: A Quarto Mardkown file which can be used to add information the "About" link on the notebook site.

• index.qmd: Quarto Markdown file to set site layout.

• styles.css: A CSS file to allow further customization of the notebook site.

• SymbID_protbleach.Rproj: The R Project file for use when loading repo into R/RStudio.
