-This PR adds the funnel widget
-Added sample, registered on widgetMap, added to chartType and Widget file
Funnel chart is a "graphical representation used to visualize how data moves through a sequential process where values diminish at each stage"
Funnel chart has:
-Per segment color
-Toolbox with dynamic percentage estimation (also dynamically changes shape according to percentage).
-Reused Legend, however removed Tooltip
-Vertical and horizontal versions
