想要使用这个程序，你需要拥有chrome浏览器，并且你还需要下载chrome驱动，我已经将最新版的驱动放在这里了（2021-11-05），你可以直接下载。
当然最好的选择是从http://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html 这里下载，下载最新版即可（其实是和你的chrome浏览器版本相匹配的版本）。
你可以把驱动放在任意一个地方，只需要放置完以后，设置一下环境变量Path即可，在Path中加入驱动所在路径。
为了防止你忘记启动它，你只需要将它放在开机启动项里即可，
