WIP: Project metadata modal

[sr-murthy]

• Adds a project metadata modal for projects that appears, when clicked, with project metadata loaded from a CSV (probably in assets)
• Projects are indicated either as "real world" or "demo" (use synthetic data)
• Some minor fixes and code quality improvements
