• Change to have new actors for the feed

• fixed actor names in diagram 46.7.1

• work up diagrams to show deployment with actor names. add to section 7.

• add use case - directory that can receive updates from the feed. - Oliver

• Don't have conditional create/update initially, maybe keep as open issue.

• Use Cases?

  • Two options:
    • HPD Directory that can be fed from FHIR
    • FHIR Only (or other non-HPD directory)
