Added stats that influence
Added new special "Trainer" stats group that can add:
Trainer stats are only available from cards that grade at tier 9+, or with a small chance on shiny/legendary/mythical cards (configurable)
Thought it might be a fun way to interact with the grading station a little more, and the new restoration station as well!
