3.0-Alpha

I keep receiving requests about Sandbox and what happened to it.
So I thought I'd compile a preview release for the work in progress 3.0 release, so intrepid explorers can more easily see what we were up to in 2013.

The Tar includes executables for
Win32
Linux32
Linux64

If you're having trouble opening it on Windows, consider 7zip.
Linux users will need the sdl2, sdl2-image, and sdl2-mixer packages installed.
If it's been long enough that SDL2 is now retired, then sdl2-compat instead.

The 3.0 version of sandbox is based on Tesseract.
You will need a CPU with SSE2 support, and a GPU that advertises at least OpenGL 2.1 support to run this version.
This should be any decent computer built after 2006.
