Scripts for provisioning cloud instances (themisto project)

This is a serie of scripts to easily provision (data science) instances with full set of packages, modules, etc.

They are organized by Cloud Services (EC2, EMR, GCP, etc.).

Currently available:

R Studio Server + Shiny Server on AWS EC2
Jupyter (+Hub +Lab) on AWS EC2
Jupyter (+Hub +Lab) on AWS EMR
