Tracker not tracking

Check if everything is well configured

  • Make sure that in HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game the path of Hearthstone folder is correct (you should see a green checkmark)
  • Make sure that in HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game the Hearthstone language is the same as your Hearthstone
  • Make sure that Hearthstone is installed on your startup drive (there is a known compatibility issue with external drive installations)

Try to reset

  1. In HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game -> Copy the path of Hearthstone folder
  2. Close Hearthstone and HSTracker
  3. Open Finder and press ⌘⇧G
  4. Type the path you copied from 1. and press GO
  5. You'll find a Logs folder inside, go in this folder
  6. Move all .log files from the Logs folder to your Desktop
  7. Press ⌘⇧G again and type ~/Library/Preferences/Blizzard/Hearthstone/ then GO
  8. Move log.config to your Desktop (or any other place)
  9. Restart HSTracker
  10. Restart Hearthstone

Reset did not work

You can check how to remove HSTracker and re-install, restart it

Still not work

  1. Open Finder and press ⌘⇧G
  2. Go to Hearthstone folder (see Try to reset 1. to find this folder)
  3. Copy all you .log files from the Logs folder to http://pastebin.com/ (or https://gist.github.com/)
  4. In Finder, press ⌘⇧G again and go to ~/Library/Logs/HSTracker
  5. Copy the latest log file (they are named "year-month-day.log") to http://pastebin.com/ (or https://gist.github.com/)
  6. Find an open issue talking about tracking (ie: https://github.com/bmichotte/HSTracker/issues/419)
  7. Explain your problem and paste all the links from your paste
