Feature-heavy release.
Features:
- Added coach lines, with font size and color customization. You may also disable coach display by setting their name to the empty string

READMEfile inweb/audioand it will be played in a loop when the draft starts. This feature is disabled by default but it can be enabled and volume can be modified inconfig.conf - Champions now face each other in the picking phase and look away in the bans
