Updated field name mappings for 1.19

Logger warnings

Added warnings for blocks and tags not found.

Multi version support and .resist configuration files

Supported versions now include 1.14, 1.15 and 1.16.
Custom configuration file extension was introduced to reserve # for tags instead of yaml comments.
Now there's also a defaults.resist file which has the default blast resistance values.
Tags will be auto-prefixed with "minecraft:" if a colon is missing.
