Adds math.randomseed functionality to the script hopefully creating a better random number generation to the script. Adds check for os.time functionality. If it fails it will set the math.randomseed using all built in functionality that SHOULD NOT fail.
Minor fix to Seed Generation

REmoval of redundant config checks for multiple print statements
Added testing for Crypto Module as well as os.time functionality. If it fails it will fall back to pure pseudo-random number generation
