task1:OTSU阈值分割(用opencv自带函数和自己编写的函数实现阈值分割并对比两者效果)
task2:边缘检测和Hough圆变换(硬币)
task3:测试测量算法(测量板子上下引脚的宽度和间距)
task4:输出中心位置和长度(数钉子)
task5:目标检测(处理视频分别输出运动和静止的球的中心坐标)
