Update aws_organizations_defaults.md with new AWS Organizations research

I wrote 2 large blog posts on how to pivot within AWS Organizations, added support for it to Pacu, and built a Pacu enumeration module. Added to this page to help other pentesters.

Hey there 👋 Thank you for the submission! I see that this PR largely consists of a bulleted list related to content in a separate article. Would it be possible to write some material for Hacking the Cloud to expand on AWS Organizations? If not, and if you're interested, we could add a link to the NetSPI article as a Further Reading or Additional Reading note (example here or here).

The blog article encompasses a lot of content :) I could provide a bit of a more summarized snippet on this pull request with the further reading? I probably won't be able to get to it till a week or so though just as an FYI.

That would be great! I'd appreciate it! I want to make sure Hacking the Cloud has a lot of content itself, not just links to other places. No worries about the time, I completely understand!

Sorry for the long delay :) Kept meaning to get to this. I added more content/pictures to the merge. Will do basic syntax check this week but is this more what you were thinking? (See latest Update aws_organizations_default.md commit)

Side question: I see you have a references section at the bottom. Would you be interested in that being moved to the top along with the tag line like "Original research by Scott Weston"? Similar to this?

yep that works for me :) Feel free to edit my pull if there is a way to make it look nicer. I attempted to make it look like that nice tag line. It should be good content wise just formatting difficulties.
