Replace non-functional remote_gdb script with pepsi command #1640

Currently, the remote_gdb script is non-functional (it e.g. tries to source non-existing files). Since it makes use of many functions already implemented in pepsi, the script should be replaced by a corresponding pepsi subcommand.
