This branch introduces support for partial dependencies, specifically Partial Inclusion Dependencies (pINDs), Partial Functional Dependencies (pFDs), and Partial Unique Column Combinations (pUCCs). Currently, algorithms such as Pyro do not provide/return measured error rates or thresholds for each dependency for these dependency types. We are planning to add more partial algorithms that will require this support.
