How it works:

  • Previous Steps: clickable, collapsible, expendable but not editable and with a different background color.
  • Current Step: editable but not collapsible/expendable.
  • Next Steps: not editable/clickable/collapsible/expendable.

Motivation and Context

fixes #19803

Types of changes
