Security Configuration Guide

This document outlines the security enhancements implemented in the Solana Account Cleaner system.

Enhanced Input Validation

Comprehensive Attack Pattern Detection

The system now includes comprehensive input validation using regex patterns to detect and prevent:

  • SQL Injection: Detects SQL keywords, special characters, and common attack patterns
  • Cross-Site Scripting (XSS): Blocks script tags, event handlers, and JavaScript protocols
  • Path Traversal: Prevents directory traversal attacks using various encoding methods
  • Template Injection: Detects template engine syntax injection attempts
  • Command Injection: Blocks command separators and dangerous system commands
  • LDAP Injection: Prevents LDAP filter injection attacks
  • NoSQL Injection: Detects MongoDB and other NoSQL injection patterns
  • File Inclusion: Blocks local and remote file inclusion attempts

Security Best Practices

  1. API Key Management

    • Always use environment variables for API keys
    • Never commit API keys to version control
    • Rotate API keys regularly

  2. Certificate Pinning

    • Enable certificate pinning in production
    • Regularly update pinned certificates
    • Monitor certificate expiration dates
  3. Allowed Origins
