Changes: - Migrate CLUReportComposer to Swift as ReportComposer. - Swap CLUReportComposer with ReportComposer.

- Migrate CLUInfoModule to Swift as InfoModule.
- Migrate CLURecordableModule to Swift as RecordableModule.
- Migrate CLUWritable to Swift as Writable.
Changes: - Update writers to conform to the new Writable protocol. - Update modules to conform to the new InfoModule and RecordableModule protocols. - Update record composer.
