Features

Downloads history

Yup! We do have it here too! The history is saved into history.txt. If you save this file since the begining, you can import it later and download all your songs, in the exact same way!! Features#1

List all downloaded songs to a text file

Doesn't work as well as the history file when importing (ie: you matched the audio manually from youtube, here it won't be saved) List#1

Txt file importer!

You can import a text file containing a list with your desired songs. Yes, you can import the history or the list! Import#1

How to import? Just drag and drop your file over the program's icon!!

Resume downloads!

Got a download interrupted for any reason? Resume it now!

Resume#1

Updates

You don't need to come back here everytime you wanna check for updates... there's a specified menu for that! Update#1

There are two update channels: the Stable and the Beta.

Update#2

So why don't I use only the beta you may ask, the Beta is more buggy than the Stable version... So if you wanna use this program daily, I suggest you the Stable channel. If you wanna be the first to try new features, chose the Beta!1!

Swap versions

Didn't like the new version? Don't wait and roll back!

Swap#1

Settings

Wanna disable a feature? You've got a settings menu for that!

Settings#1

Help

All and every section have all the necessary help to guide any user thru the usage.

Help#1 Help#2

The script doesn't open even after re-downloading!! Help!

Some weird bug could dammage the configuration files of SPOTYdl. To solve the issue, run a new CMD console in the directory where the script is stored at, and input SPOTYdl reset. Don't worry. Your songs and users will stay intact ;D Reset#1

Disclaimer

In order for SPOTYdl to work, I needed to use spotDL. You can access their github here, or for some help, their Discord too! To install it, I created the setup script, that will download all dependencies, install them and add them to path automatically!! (yeah... it's a bit annoing to do it all manually)
