Can you be a bit clearer about what specific milestones would be for this integration

I don't have specific milestones set, but I do think incorporating react-msaview into the notebook environment would enable some interesting on the fly analysis workflows (example: on-the-fly alphafold, since alphafold is relatively easy to run on colab notebooks, or just phylogenetic calculations/loading dynamically created multiple sequence alignments)
