Documentation updated with conda installation and version update #210

  • Conda installation instructions provided in repo readme and readthedocs install page
  • Conda badges added to repo banner
  • pypromice version updated from v1.3.1 to v1.3.2. I was unsure whether the latest updates should be a patch or a minor version update... I'm open for it to be either

After this, a new pypromice release should be made. This should automatically update for pypi, and I can see what the procedure is for updating the conda-forge distribution (maybe it can be automated)

@BaptisteVandecrux, I've just added the .nc metadata changes here as it fit nicely with the updates to pypromice's documentation. I've just given this a first attempt at changing, so feel free to edit and change yourself, or suggest changes.
