Created two docker images that the code now runs with via Makefile. I updated the python version and therefore updated syntax. For example: SMB['S'] is now SMB['S'].data, in several lines.
Output from
diff -y docker/mass_balance/TMB/MB_SMB_D_BMB.csv mass_balance/TMB/MB_SMB_D_BMB.csv
gives identical results.
