[ENHANCEMENT] Improvements to Static Field Importing

This PR includes some improvements to the recently added addition to static field imports:

• Cleanups a bit to how wildcard importing works.
• Cleans up error messages relating to statc fields to be more consistent to other error messages.
• Makes sure that blacklisted scripted static fields can't be imported.
• Implements the @:noImportGlobal metadata that makes it so static fields can not be imported through wildcards.
• Makes it so that imported static fields that already exists are not skipped and instead overwrite the previous imported static field (this is regular Haxe behavior)
• Allows being able to import static fields from abstract classes.
• Allows being able to use "in" as well for import aliases.
