Ruby/GSL, a ruby interface to GSL (GNU Scientific library)

This version has been patched to support (tentatively) Ruby 1.9.1.

== Installation
   (0) Make sure the command "gsl-config" is in search path.
   (1) % ruby setup.rb config
   (2) % ruby setup.rb setup
   (3) % ruby setup.rb install (as root)
