Twinkle Twinkle Little Sparc

The basics of Sparc, only supports 32bit as specified in SparcV8. Contains the basic core functionality.

Important note:

We haven't synthetized this implementation as we could not afford an FPGA board and, in the course, we didn't have the opportunity to work with one. If you have one and test this code to check if it can fully synthetize to a board, it be awesome if you create a pull request.
