Superseded by #933, which carries this PR's implementation as the DEFAULT behaviour (business roles off the resource axis) and puts #370's business-role row view behind the wizard option this PR introduced. #937 and #370 were merged into one item at the requestor's request; the option is now called "Show business roles as foldable rows". Closed unmerged — nothing here is lost, it is all in #933.
