If you have 2 non-Maestra Melodious monsters in the hand/deck, AND you have a legal fusion target such as Bacha (56208713) then you can activate Ostinato (since Bacha is a legal target) but it gives the option to summon Bloom Prima and Bloom Diva using the illegal materials in the hand/deck. ~ @VforViolin
