Looks great, only one LoC commented.
Also, I think I miss some screenshot, e.g. of SigNoz. Actually seeing it is magically convincing into OTel.
thought: I feel the document kind of ending on a cliff, though IDK what to suggest as closure. I may be biased of reviewing articles.
