Description
A new variable
useGitHubPackageFeedhas been defined inpipeline-variables.yml. Setting this variable to'no', the restore will use the NuGet server. Setting this variable to'yes'the restore will use the GitHub server. The default is'no'.PRs from forked repo will use then the NuGet server.
