Our full documentation wiki contains manuals for the Server and Client, as well as full documentation of all scripting functions and events for the Lua scripting engine. However, we do host some development related pages here.
Specific development pages can also be found at our main wiki:
- Compiling the client/server on Windows
- Compiling the server on Mac OS X
- Compiling the server on GNU/Linux
If you want to post general ideas or discuss topics with other community members, please feel free to visit Discord or the forums. We still run IRC but we've migrated to Discord a few years ago, so you can probably reach us better on Discord or forums.
- Backlog: this is a long running milestone to track work not yet planned for a specific release. Only add this milestone once you've confirmed that the issue exists, or once a proposal has been accepted.
- Version (e.g. 1.6.1): this milestone should be an accurate depiction of what will make it into the release. Stretch goals are fine, too; just use your best judgement. If there's a bug or feature you think should really be added in an upcoming version, assign this milestone.
